When: December thru July 1st Wednesday of every month,

August thru November every 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month. No meeting in January.

Where: At the EHTYO Field, in the club house (behind the concession stand)

General Membership-(voting members) Membership is open to all residents of EHT that have reached the age of 18. Residency is defined by the EHT Recreation Commission.

General Members will be individuals who attend at least 6 meetings in a

consecutive 12 month period.

Anyone attending a meeting shall be afforded the opportunity to present
